Meet Rachel & Ryan!

The story began when these two goofballs met photographing the same wedding and then everything snowballed from there.

The first date took place at a venue known for their exceptionally crafted cocktails. Then, Rachel began visiting Ryan when he was working at one of their hometown’s craft beer bars. When Rachel picked up a gig at a favorite drinking hole serving beer to the locals, the two quickly became favorites among their regulars. Rachel then fell in love with the craft of cocktails when she began bartending at a concert venue and a historic hotel that featured three separate bars—a dive & college basement bar, a restaurant & sports bar, and a balcony cocktail lounge.

When the pair moved to Middle Tennessee, Rachel continued to serve drinks at a well-respected brewpub.

The inspiration came after attending the wedding of Ryan’s sister. They’d tossed around “what-ifs” regarding the idea of mobile bartending, but after experiencing it in action, the pair knew it was time to turn that “what if” into a “lets go for it!” And so, R&R Mobile Bar was born.

How It Works:

Hiring R&R allows you to save big time when it comes to hosting a bar at your event. Tennessee liquor laws do not allow us to provide the alcohol, only to serve it. So, what does this mean for you?

This means that you can purchase all the beer, wine, and liquor you’ll need at bulk/wholesale pricing. Plus, some retailers allow you to return unopened bottles and kegs. We’ll work with you to find the best deals. Then, that’s it! We’ll provide the rest.

Dry-Hire Mobile Bartending = Saving $$$

But how does it all break down?

Traditional venues can cost you anywhere between $20-$90 per guest, depending on what kind of service you’re purchasing. By hiring a mobile bartending service, you can end up saving 40% to 60% on this section of your event budget!
